to About

    About

Rebuilding Together strengthens the lives of people in our most vulnerable communities by providing our neighbors in need with minor and critical home repairs, accessibility modifications and energy-efficient upgrades.  Rebuilding Together’s local affiliates and nearly 100,000 volunteers complete about 10,000 rebuild projects each year.  As we rebuild homes, community spaces and nonprofit facilities, our lasting impact helps to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods across the country.

We believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home.

Rebuilding Together has provided extensive home rehabilitation and modification services to low-income homeowners as well as to our military veterens across the country for over 25 years.  Our network of affiliates brings together nearly 100,000 volunteers and completes about 10,000 projects each year.

With the help of everyday citizen volunteers, skilled tradespeople and the support of local business and major corporate partners, Rebuilding Together affiliates make life better for thousands of low-income homeowners every year.  Our work positively impacts the condition of the surrounding community through community center rehabilitation, playground builds and partnerships with organizations focused on energy efficiency, sustainable community gardens, education and volunteer engagement.

We are rebuilding America’s communities, one home at a time.
